Do you offer wholesale pricing for stockists?Yes! We love working with local stores and boutiques. If you're interested in stocking our products, please get in touch with us to receive our wholesale catalogue and pricing.

Is there a minimum order quantity for stockists?No, we do not have a minimum order quantity however it helps to have a good variety of products for your display.

Do you provide display stands?Yes! We include one free stand with your first wholesale order to help you beautifully display our products in your store. Additional stands can be purchased for R50 each.

What kind of stand do you provide?Our stand is compact, lightweight, and designed to showcase our cards, tags, and license disks neatly and attractively. It’s perfect for counter displays or shelves.

How do I become a stockist?Simply fill in the stockist form on our website and we will get you registered in no time!

What types of products do you sell?We create hand-drawn, South African-inspired illustrations featured on A6 cards, gift tags, and license disks. Each product is thoughtfully designed and made with love, using locally sourced materials.

Are all your products handmade?While we don't physically make the card or envelope (They are printed), every drawing is hand-illustrated. No mass production—just thoughtful, creative work from our small team.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?Yes, we deliver across South Africa! Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped straight to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive?Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days and shipped via courier. Delivery typically takes 5 working days, depending on your location.

Can I include a personal message with my order?Absolutely! Many of our cards are blank inside, allowing you to add your own message. If you're sending a gift directly to someone, you can include your message in the notes at checkout, and we'll handwrite it for you.

Do you offer bulk or custom orders?We’d love to hear your ideas! For weddings, events, corporate gifting, or custom illustrations, feel free to get in touch—we offer limited custom and bulk options depending on availability.

Are your license disks reusable?Our license disks are designed for one-time use and are made to be stuck to the inside of your windscreen. Their adhesive backing ensures a secure hold while showcasing the artwork clearly from the outside.

What’s your return policy?Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
